Conference Committee Chair
Use this registration form if you are a committee chair, or co-chair, and you are not a primary presenter. Your registration will help us to keep track of attendance, meal counts, and name badges.
Early Bird Full Conference (Oct 29 & Oct 30) – $175.00
Discounted rate available until September 15, 2015.
Early Bird Group Registration – $160.00
Available only for groups of 5 or more registering by September 15 and paying with a single PO or check.
Friday only – $150.00
If you are planning to attend only on Friday, use this option.
Full Conference (Oct 29 & Oct 30) – $200.00
If you are registering for both days of the conference, use this option.
Full-Time Student or Retiree (Full conference) – $120.00
Use this form if you are a full-time college student or a retiree and plan to attend both days of the conference.
Full-time student or Retiree (One day only) – $80.00
Use this form if you are a full-time college student or a retiree and plan to attend only one day of the conference.
Group Registration – $185.00
Only for groups of 5 or more registering after September 15 and paying with a single PO or check.
Primary Presenter
Use this registration form if you are the Primary Speaker for a session or workshop.
Sponsored Presentation – $300.00
Use this registration type if you are a sponsored presenter, paid by a publisher to present at the conference.
Thursday only – $125.00

The Association of Teachers of Mathematics in Maine is proud to host the 2015 Fall Conference for the Association of Teachers of Mathematics in New England.

A note about Group Registrations:

Groups of 5 or more must be from the same district, registered at the same time on the same invoice and purchase order. Email Pamela Rawson if you have questions or difficulties with group registration.

The deadline for accepting Purchase Orders as payment has passed. Contact Pam if you have questions.

All payments must be RECEIVED by the ATMNE2015 registrar prior to the date of the conference. If not, the attendees are responsible for paying their own registration at that time and seeking reimbursement from their school department. If the school department payment is received after the conference date, ATOMIM will refund the personal payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

ATOMIM will refund 80% of the registration fee on cancellations received in writing (to the registrar), by October 20, 2015. Cancellations received after October 20, 2015 will not be eligible for refunds. Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference. Group registrations are not eligible for refunds; however, another member from the same school district may replace a group registrant who cannot attend, provided that information is sent to the registrar (in writing) by October 20, 2015.
