Membership Chair: Athena Pappaconstantine 

Athena Pappaconstantine is currently working as a math interventionist at Young School in Saco. She has worked in Saco Schools for 33 years, as an interventionist, a math coach, and for 24 years as a third grade teacher at CK Burns School.  She began her teaching career as a Special Education teacher.  

Athena has also worked for Great Minds delivering professional development for Eureka Math.  She loves sharing her passion for math with teachers across the US. She graduated from Wheelock College in Boston for her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education.  She received her master’s degree from the University of Maine in Farmington in Educational Leadership with a Concentration in Mathematics.  She also participated in the Maine Math Coaching Project at UMF.
